Storm Saponaro joined the firm in 2021 as an associate attorney. Storm concentrates his practice on alcohol beverage law, mergers & acquisitions, contracts, business formation, and general business counseling. He has extensive experience advising clients in connection with complex corporate transactions and general corporate and organizational matters. Storm has represented publicly-traded companies, closely-held companies, start-ups, private equity and venture capital funds as well as individuals and small businesses with their acquisitions, financing, and general corporate needs.

Additionally, Storm has experience dealing with regulatory agencies at the federal, state, and municipal levels. Storm’s alcohol beverage practice includes negotiating and drafting distribution agreements, purchase and sale agreements, licensing agreements, regulatory advocacy, and regulatory compliance guidance. Storm has counseled manufacturers, distributors, and retailers on various regulatory issues.
