Nicholas Vittori is an associate attorney at Gozdecki, Del Giudice, Americus & Brocato LLP, specializing in complex commercial litigation.   Nicholas has successfully handled a broad range of high-stakes litigation matters, including areas involving breach of contract, fraud and other business torts, bad faith, intellectual property disputes, reinsurance, complex indemnity issues, partner and shareholder disputes, and veil-piercing matters. Nicholas has represented a diverse range of clients including multinational corporations, family businesses, emerging startups, and high-net-worth individuals.  He has extensive experience in drafting and arguing motions at all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts, developing case strategy, engaging in large scale discovery, taking depositions, and trial work. 

 Nicholas is known for his dedicated advocacy, strategic approach to litigation, meticulous preparation, and ability to deliver favorable results for clients in a wide range of complex legal disputes. He previously served as lead trial counsel for a leading energy transportation corporation in a breach of contract action and obtained a full defense verdict.

 Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his family, reading (military and natural history), the outdoors, and playing hockey.
