Ken Weiner joined the firm in 2017 as a partner. He concentrates his practice in commercial real estate law. He has represented institutions, investors, and developers in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition of various property types, including office, retail and industrial. He has represented clients on both a local and national level, and has played a lead role in addressing transactions of varying complexities.
Ken counsels clients on various leasing issues involving leasehold improvements, assignments and subleases, and other issues related to the landlord/tenant relationship, and drafts and negotiates lease related documentation.
Ken also has experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and reciprocal easement and operating agreements. He also has significant experience with mixed-use projects, including the drafting and negotiation of complex declarations.
Ken was named to The Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law for 2016 and 2017.
