Christina Carriere Lutz is a partner at Gozdecki, Del Giudice, Americus & Brocato LLP, specializing in complex commercial litigation.  Christina is an accomplished commercial litigator with a reputation for delivering strategic legal counsel, mitigating litigation risks, and achieving favorable outcomes for clients in high-stakes disputes.  Christina has represented a diverse range of clients including multinational corporations, financial institutions, closely-held family businesses, retailers and distributors, emerging startups, and high-net-worth individuals.  In addition to claims involving contract disputes, shareholder/partner/member disputes, employment law claims, and real estate litigation, Christina has also litigated extensively in the areas of fiduciary and probate litigation, as well as sales representative commission disputes.

Christina has been listed among The National Black Lawyers Top 100 Attorneys for the last four years, and was named a Crain’s Notable Rising Star in Law. Christina was also named one of “40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch” by the publishers of Chicago Lawyer magazine and Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.

Christina was previously a partner in Levenfeld Pearlstein's litigation group, where she was the Chair of the firm's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force and a member of its Professional Development Committee. 

Prior to her legal career, Christina worked in television in New York and Los Angeles, and was George Carlin’s assistant.
