Greg joined the firm in 2016 as a partner in the business transactions group. Greg’s practice is focused on helping middle-market companies, entrepreneurs and investors build and grow businesses.
In his transactional practice, Greg represents parties at all stages of evaluating, structuring, negotiating and closing complex corporate transactions, including asset purchases and sales, equity purchases and sales and mergers. Greg also works with both borrowers and lenders in connection with the negotiation and documentation of loan agreements and other financing transactions.
When businesses or entrepreneurs seek to raise capital from investors, Greg assists in private placements of securities by managing the preparation of offering materials, managing relationships with potential investors and the preparing and submitting appropriate federal and state securities filings.
Greg also provides services to clients in connection with a variety of business law matters which arise in the course of their day-to-day operations, including corporate compliance issues, commercial contract review and negotiation and negotiation of employment agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.
